Ordering information
-
How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalogue, add the compounds you need to your cart, and proceed to checkout. A shipping address and payment details are required. All orders are reviewed before dispatch to confirm research‑eligibility -
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayID and bank transfer. Both methods are fee‑free, and PayID payments clear instantly. Payment must be cleared in full before an order is dispatched -
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation after paying with PayID?
Some banks may withhold PayID payments as part of anti‑fraud measures for up to 24 hours. Please wait 24 hours after submitting payment and, if no confirmation arrives, contact us at info@auswidepeptides.com with a screenshot of your payment so we can investigate -
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within two hours of placement as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via email if you need to make a change. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled -
What if I’ve submitted an order but haven’t paid yet and want to change the items?
If you have not paid yet and need to change your order items, simply place a new order with the correct items in your cart and pay for the correct order only. We will cancel the incorrect unpaid order(s) for you -
Do you offer bulk order pricing?
Yes — we accommodate bulk orders for research institutions and laboratories. Pricing is discussed on a per‑order basis depending on compound and quantity. Please contact us at info@auswidepeptides.com to discuss custom bulk discount pricing

Product Quality & Safety
-
What purity level are your peptides?
All peptides are sourced from GMP‑certified facilities and independently tested to ≥99 % purity by HPLC and mass spectrometry at an accredited third‑party laboratory. How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilized peptides should be stored at −20 °C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, solutions should be kept at 4 °C and used within a short timeframe. Detailed storage instructions are provided on each product page -
How do I reconstitute a lyophilized peptide?
We recommend reconstituting lyophilized peptides using bacteriostatic water. Allow the vial to come to room temperature before opening. Add the solvent slowly down the side of the vial and gently swirl — do not shake vigorously. Specific reconstitution guidance can be provided by our team upon request
